Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging Heaven Green Energy for any solar products or services. By proceeding with an enquiry, signing a project agreement, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Heaven Green Energy ("we", "us", "our") and the customer ("you", "your") in connection with all solar energy products, installation services, and related offerings. Engaging our services — whether through a signed agreement, verbal confirmation, or advance payment — constitutes acceptance of these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us before proceeding.

2. Products & Services

Heaven Green Energy provides the following categories of services:

• Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) — end-to-end design, supply, and installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers
• Equipment supply — solar panels (Adani Solar and equivalent tier-1 brands), inverters, mounting structures, cables, ACDB/DCDB, and balance-of-system components
• Operations and Maintenance (O&M) — periodic inspection, cleaning, performance monitoring, and repair services for existing solar installations
• Subsidy and net metering facilitation — documentation support and application filing with relevant government bodies

The scope of services for any specific project will be defined in the project agreement or work order signed by both parties.

3. Pricing & Payment

All quotations issued by Heaven Green Energy are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change after this period due to fluctuations in material costs, exchange rates, or government levies. Payment terms, milestone schedules, and accepted payment modes will be specified in your project agreement. Advance payments confirm your project booking and initiate procurement. Heaven Green Energy reserves the right to pause project execution in the event of delayed milestone payments.

4. Installation & Warranty

All solar panels supplied by Heaven Green Energy carry the manufacturer's standard warranty — typically 25 years of linear power output warranty as provided by Adani Solar or the applicable panel manufacturer. This warranty is between the customer and the manufacturer and is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Heaven Green Energy additionally provides a 1-year workmanship warranty covering the quality of civil work, wiring, mounting, and all installation activities performed by our team. Any defects arising from installation quality within this period will be rectified at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external events including storms, flooding, fire, or misuse.

5. Subsidy Assistance

Heaven Green Energy assists customers in preparing and submitting applications for applicable government subsidies, including the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (central scheme) and Gujarat-specific incentives administered by state energy bodies and DISCOM. While we take every reasonable step to submit complete and accurate applications, we cannot guarantee approval timelines, subsidy amounts, or final outcomes — these are determined entirely by the relevant government authority. Subsidy disbursement delays are outside our control and do not affect project delivery timelines or payment obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Heaven Green Energy's liability under these terms is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of electricity savings, loss of subsidy income, or loss of business arising from any delay, defect, or failure in our services. We are also not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including government processing delays, force majeure events, or third-party utility decisions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

8. Amendments

Heaven Green Energy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued engagement with our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
