Shipping Policy
Last updated: January 2026
Heaven Green Energy manages the end-to-end logistics of solar equipment procurement and delivery for every project we undertake. This policy outlines our delivery coverage, estimated timelines, freight terms, and the process for reporting any issues encountered during transit.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver solar equipment — including panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and balance-of-system components — across the following geographies:
- All districts within Gujarat for residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop projects
- Pan-India delivery for large commercial and industrial projects, subject to logistics feasibility and advance coordination
- Remote or rural site deliveries within Gujarat may require additional lead time; our project team will confirm this during scoping
For all EPC projects, equipment delivery is coordinated directly by our procurement team and included as part of the overall project execution plan.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows, counted from the date of order confirmation and advance payment receipt:
- Within Gujarat (residential and small commercial): 5 to 10 business days
- Pan-India delivery (large commercial and industrial): 10 to 15 business days
- Custom or imported equipment (specialised inverters, high-capacity panels): 15 to 25 business days — confirmed at order stage
These timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier lead times, transportation conditions, or seasonal demand peaks. Your dedicated project manager will keep you informed of any expected delays as soon as they are known.
3. Freight & Charges
For all EPC (full project) contracts, freight and delivery charges are included within the project quotation unless explicitly stated otherwise. For standalone equipment supply orders, freight charges will be itemised separately in the quotation and are payable along with the equipment cost. Freight charges vary based on order volume, equipment weight, and delivery destination. Any changes to the delivery address after dispatch may result in additional logistics costs, which will be communicated before being applied.
4. Damage in Transit
All solar equipment shipments dispatched by Heaven Green Energy are covered under transit insurance. In the event that any item arrives visibly damaged or in a compromised condition:
- Do not accept the delivery without noting the damage on the transporter's delivery receipt
- Photograph the damaged packaging and the damaged item immediately upon unpacking
- Report the damage to our support team within 24 hours of delivery with the photographs and your order reference number
- Do not attempt to install or use the damaged equipment before receiving guidance from our team
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for transit damage replacement. Heaven Green Energy will arrange for replacement or repair of transit-damaged items at no additional cost to you, subject to claim verification.
5. Installation Scheduling
For EPC projects, installation is scheduled after all equipment has been delivered to site and a delivery confirmation has been received from the customer. Our installation team is typically mobilised within 3 to 7 business days of confirmed delivery, depending on crew availability and site readiness. You will receive advance notice of the installation date from your project manager. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure site access, a clear rooftop or installation area, and a functioning power connection for our team on the scheduled date.
