Your Project Journey
Order Confirmed
Your project agreement is signed and the advance payment has been received. We assign you a dedicated relationship manager and begin the site survey and system design process. You will receive a project timeline and key contact details within 24 hours.
Material Procurement
Our procurement team places orders for your solar panels, inverter, mounting structure, and all balance-of-system components. For standard residential systems, this typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Your manager will confirm exact timelines based on your system specification.
Delivery Scheduled
All equipment has been dispatched from our warehouse or supplier facility. Your relationship manager will share the expected delivery date and coordinate a time that works for you. Please ensure rooftop or site access is clear and that someone is available to receive the delivery.
Installation in Progress
Our certified installation team is on-site executing the civil work, mounting structure, panel layout, wiring, and inverter commissioning. Installation of a standard residential system typically takes 1 to 2 days. Our team will keep the site clean and restore access before leaving each day.
System Commissioned
Your solar system is fully installed, tested, and generating power. We complete the net metering application with your DISCOM, hand over all warranty documents and system manuals, and walk you through the monitoring app. Your relationship manager remains your point of contact for any post-commissioning support.
